Our purpose for small groups is that they are more than just a Bible Study or a Prayer Group or a Service or Ministry Group, but that every small group in the church is well rounded and fulfills all five of the great biblical purposes. Those purposes include fellowship with God, fellowship with one another, a commitment to serve the body of Christ as a group, a commitment to grow spiritually together, and finally, a commitment to reach out to the lost and those who are unconnected to Christ and His body. All five purposes must be elements in a healthy group.
Every year we encourage each small group to take on a community project by reaching out beyond our church walls. Several projects have been researched by the Missions Committee and staff.
IF YOU HAVE AN IDEA FOR A COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT OR WOULD LIKE HELP FINDING SOMETHING FOR YOUR GROUP-
WOULD YOU LIKE TO PLAY A PART IN MAKING YOUR CHURCH a body where significant life-changing events occur regularly? Then join a group or start one with your friends!
We invite each of the small groups to take turns serving on Sunday mornings to pray for the morning service, and to serve as greeters before the service. It is one of the many ways that small groups can work and serve the kingdom of God together.
We have small groups running year round at CrossRoads and welcome anyone, anytime. Please sign up on line below or fill out an information card either in the welcome packet, or in the back of the chair in the sanctuary. You may also call us at the church office. We would like to help you find a group that will best serve your needs.

Why Join A Small Group
The Lord has placed a heart for authentic biblical community into our church family. Small groups provide the optimal environment for spiritual growth and genuine community and are the easiest and most natural way for us to look after each other when we find ourselves in need. It is also how we reach out to our community, and not to mention, have fun together. So jump in!
If you would like to start your own small group with some friends, contact us here in the office and we’ll get you set up and help you find the right curriculum for your group.
"Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved." ACTS 2:46-47
