ABOUT OUR FEARLESS LEADER

Pastor Randy Passons is married to Mindi and they have a daughter Avery
who was born in February of 2006. Randy has served CrossRoads Christian
Fellowship since 2002 and was youth pastor for Horizon Christian Fellowship
in Bigfork from 1997 until 2002.

Randy has a B.A. in Biblical Studies through Trinity Biblical University.
He was ordained June 29, 2001 at Horizon Christian Fellowship.

Randy heads up the Youth Ministry.

 

High School: Grades 9-12

We have a new youth group! Bigfork Community High School Youth Group! We generally meet every Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the "Ark", behind Rosa's pizza, next to the Lutheran Church. If you would like up to date info about this High School ministry, you are invited to become a fan of, "Bigfork Community High School Youth Group" on Facebook.

Our desire is to create a community wide High School youth ministry that includes all churches in the Bigfork area. There are 285 students in the Bigfork High School. There are also a large number of homeschooled teenagers in our area. Most church youth groups in the Bigfork area have approximately 4-12 students. Our goal is to combine these ministries, capturing the energy and interest that occurs when teens get together. Our goal is to provide a strong foundation of Christian belief and true relationship with God, that these teens can build on for the rest of their lives.

Anyone in 9th grade through 12th grade is welcome to attend.

Junior High: Grades 6-8

Our purpose is to provide our youth with an opportunity to fellowship, interact with their peers in a social setting, and to add to their understanding of, and help deepen their relationship with, Jesus Christ.

The Junior High Youth meets at CrossRoads on Tuesdays, from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. The first hour is spent enjoying food, fellowship and games, and then we enter into an hour of study, discussion and breakout group times. Youth in 6th through 8th grades are welcome.

Sunday mornings during the second worship service we offer a Sunday School class for the Jr. High students, led by Larry Gertz, with a focus on apologetics and becoming comfortable with sharing our faith. Our goal is to equip our youth so that they can "give an answer to everyone who asks [them] to give the reason for the hope [they] have." (1Peter 3:15).

Missions Trips

SENIOR HIGH MISSION TRIPS
 

Under the direction of Pastor Randy Passons, the High School Youth Group takes a yearly mission's trip. In the past the youth have gone to Tijuana, Mexicali, Tecate, Rosarito, Mazatlan, Albania, Costa Rica,Seattle, and Vancouver B.C. Keep your ears open for information about this years missions trip.
