Dr. Randy Guliuzza
Institute for Creation Research
Dr. Randy Guliuzza is a dynamic speaker known for his well-documented and often humorous presentations on science and the Bible. He holds a B.S. in Engineering, a B.A. in Theology, an M.D. from the University of Minnesota, and a Master of Public Health from Harvard University. A registered Professional Engineer, he served nine years in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a Flight Surgeon. Dr. Guliuzza joined ICR in 2008 and was appointed President in 2020.
Dr. Kevin Horton
Institute for Biblical Authority
Dr. Horton holds a B.A. in Biology, a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine, and a Master of Divinity. He practiced veterinary medicine in Montana’s Bitterroot Valley for 20 years before answering God’s call to ministry. He founded two churches and served as Senior Pastor of Crossroads Christian Fellowship in Victor, Montana for 20 years. In 2018, he became the full-time Executive Director of the Intermountain Baptist Association.
Julie Von Vett

Julie Von Vett is a creation science speaker to homeschool coops (25 years). She is also a co-author with Bruce Malone, having written three creation science devotionals, Inspired Evidence, Have You Considered and Without Excuse.
Dr. Tim Clarey
Institute for Creation Research
Dr. Tim Clarey holds an M.S. in Geology from the University of Wyoming and both an M.S. in Hydrogeology and a Ph.D. in Geology from Western Michigan University. He worked as an exploration geologist for Chevron USA before serving as full professor and Geosciences Chair at Delta College for 17 years.
In 2013, he joined the Institute for Creation Research, where he conducts geological research supporting biblical creation. Dr. Clarey and his wife Reneé are also coauthors of the popular children’s book series featuring Henry.
Dr. Michael Boyle
Institute for Creation Research
Dr. Boyle earned a Ph.D. in zoology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2010, where his research centered on the developmental biology of marine invertebrates. His specializations include embryology, molecular biology, and microscopy. He completed postdoctoral fellowships at the Smithsonian Marine Station (SMS) in Florida and the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute in Panama. From 2015–2021, he was a staff biologist and principal investigator of the Life Histories Program at the SMS. Dr. Boyle then joined the Institute for Creation Research in 2022 as a research scientist, where he now oversees the biology, molecular biology, and microscopy laboratories. He has authored over 40 peer-reviewed publications, contributed to scientific books, and is lead editor of a symposium volume (ISBS2) and Atlas of Marine Invertebrate Larvae, 2nd edition (2025).
Dave Napier
Institute for Creation Research
Dave Napier serves as an Event Coordinator and Speaker with the Institute for Creation Research (ICR), where he is dedicated to equipping Christians with compelling scientific evidence that affirms the truth of God’s Word. For more than 10 years, Dave has spoken on the evidence for young-earth creation in churches, conferences, youth groups, schools, and other venues throughout the United States and internationally. Using his theatre background, he creates fun and engaging presentations that explore scientific evidence supporting the biblical account of creation while addressing common questions and objections surrounding origins, geology, biology, and the age of the earth.
Mike Mueller
Institute for Biblical Authority
Mike earned a B.S. and M.S. in Biology Education and Natural Resource/Wildlife Management while attending Kansas University and Pittsburgh State University. In the early days Mike worked as an educator, naturalist, and park ranger. The last 27 years he has dedicated his life working in wildlife habitat conservation and in the land trust business across the west. He has published in both scientific and popular publications. Mike is President of the board and Director of Conferences for IBA. His favorite scripture is Romans 1:20.
