4. Newcomer’s Starting Point Class
The Associate Pastor will assist with and help provide consistency for the Newcomer’s Starting Point Class in coordination with the elders and church leadership. This is a four-week class held two to four times per year.

People are connected into discipleship, serving, ministries, and Life Groups.
The sick, homebound, grieving, and hurting receive pastoral care.

He should demonstrate faithfulness to Scripture, commitment to the gospel, and a desire to see people come to know Christ, grow in Christ, and use their gifts for the glory of God. The Associate Pastor of Connections will play a vital role in helping Crossroads Christian Fellowship become a place where people are welcomed, known, discipled, cared for, and sent into meaningful ministry. This role exists to help people move from the edges of church life into the life of the body — connected to Christ, connected to one another, and connected to the mission God has given Crossroads.
